This is the Schöne Brunnen of the café Schönbrunn in the Friedrichshain in Friedrichshain, Berlin, Berlin [sic]. You see it is hard to describe the situation without repeating oneself, and perhaps what we can see here is a traveller who is being caught in some kind of temporal or spatial loop, or perhaps someone on a stop-over to get himself an early beer at the spätkauf.
